Amelia's Resturant, Coppull, Chorley - GM Demolition

F4 Developments awarded GM Demolition the project of demolishing the former Amelia’s Restaurant in Coppull Chorley for a future housing Development.

The Detached 2 Storey Property had a single storey extension to the side and a two storey extension to the rear of the building. The structure was of general build consisting of 9″ cavity brick walls, timber ground and first floors, single truss, pearlings and spars to form the roof covered in slate tiles. The building also had a basement to part of the original footprint. The front elevation to the building formed the boundary to the footpath.

The former restaurant was taken to ground level. All associated to be removed except where undermining of he pavement could occur. All construction waste arising was disposed off site to a licenced waste transfer facility.
